Technical Support Team lead, responsible for support of customer DSL equipment, PC Software, web browsers, email clients and, FTP clients.  I performed a complete restructuring of the Ethernet network for the entire department.  Personally installed entire physical portion of network as well as setup of Summit48 Layer 3 managed switch.  Also acted as high level support for corporate clients; which included troubleshooting ASP scripts, Ethernet networks, routers, NAT setup, and VPN.

Hired as sales associate and was quickly promoted to Service Manager after displaying high proficiency with diagnosing problems and quickly learning all manufactures RMA processes.  While acting as Service Manager designed and deployed an Ethernet network serving 10 PC workstations in 4 separate buildings; also implemented a simple web presence and designed a plan to implement online sales.  Promoted to Store manager after displaying highest degree of reliability and customer service and was responsible for day to day operations of physical storefront as well as online storefront and all service requests.

Clerk

Hired as courtesy clerk and was promoted after three months to helper clerk due to excellent customer service and willingness to work. I was promoted again to Service Center after demonstrating a high degree of proficiency with all store related computer systems: solely responsible for ordering of all cigarette products; managed film developing service; provided support to management staff for Microsoft Office, Windows and point of sale systems.

 

 

Shoreline School District – Shoreline, WA Jul. 1998 – Aug. 2001

Computer Technician

Directed rollout of 150 new iMac computers at Shorecrest High School and provided technical support to faculty, ranging from basic computer operations to using Microsoft Office, email clients, network sharing, and printing.  During school year provided support to faculty at Shorewood High School.  I also assisted in redeployment and complete reinstallation of a 35 machine Windows NT 4.0 computer lab and a 35 machine Mac OS9 lab.  Upgraded various servers on campus to OSX when it became available; which drastically increased the reliability of the server infrastructure.
